How can I request warranty service for my WASS Product?
All warranty and service requests must go through our website’s ticket support system. A link to the online form is below. All WASS Electronics, Inc. products are warranted for 1 full year from the date of purchase. All products must be returned to WASS Electronics for service. A RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained prior to shipping any product to WASS Electronics, Inc. You can obtain an RMA number by using the form on the page linked below.
Use the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for your product. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA Number or the package will be refused. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer. All products should be returned for service in their original packaging. All products are covered by the WASS Electronics, Inc. limited 1 year warranty. Consult your User’s Guide for more information on your warranty and any limitations.
If you purchased your product directly through this website, then simply login, choose the product purchased and click on “Warranty”. Follow the steps to request a RMA. If you did not purchase your product directly from WASS Electronics, Inc. then you should use the form linked above and you will be required to provide a copy of your receipt clearly showing the date of purchase prior to receiving an RMA number. For your convenience an upload option has been added to the form above in order to expedite this process for you.
